Reducing Food Process Waste

For a major UK & International food producer, PES has developed and implemented a process reduction programme, mainly aimed at reducing process waste - both product & energy-based. Using our AM&T system, we have identified significant gas savings on ovens and burners, with the potential to save 15-20% of consumption, using intelligent controls and a production-linked approach. This project has formed a part of a series of interventions to continuously improve effectiveness & efficiency of the production process, utilising our previously installed AM&T system and data to identify and prove the investment case.
